Taking Care of the Self

As we tread along the path of being psychotherapists and leaders, practicing compassion for the self is essential for our bodies, minds, emotions, spirits, and souls. Additionally, we may find caring for the collective unconscious to be a task for us. Consider incorporating some of the following into your life so you can care for you.
